The Professional Women’s Center provides the ability for Professional Women to learn and network with other members.

This Agreement sets forth the privileges which The Professional Women's Center (hereby referred to as "the Center") will make available to the Member. The Center and Member do hereby agree to the following:

By completion of the Application, each Member agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

• The Member shall be required to pay a yearly non-refundable membership fee of $49 (or promotional price) and commit to one year of membership.  Members are responsible for keeping their credit/debit card accounts current. No Member may participate in the Membership events of the Center if their yearly membership dues have not been timely paid.
• The Center reserves the right to limit the number of members to a level it deems appropriate for safety and other health compliances. In the event the Center receives membership applications in excess of the Center’s established maximum, a waiting list shall be established following on a first come basis.

• The Member acknowledges that membership does not give the Member an equity or ownership interest in the Center, nor does it give the Member a vested or prescriptive right or easement to use the Center.  Members shall not be subject to any liability for capital or operating assessments, nor shall the Members be entitles to any revenues or profits relating to the ownership or operation of the Center.
• The Member shall not have the right to transfer his or her membership rights under this Agreement.
• If a Member, or the guest of a Member,  cause personal injury while attending an event sponsored by the Center, such Member shall be liable for all claims, damages and costs arising therefrom.
• To the greatest extent allowable by law, the Center shall have no liability for physical damage, theft, loss or personal injury to Members or their guests in any way arising from the participation in events sponsored by the Center.
